Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. Although it is possible to pay using an existing funded PayPal account it isn't required.
Do you plan on offering magnets or other backs?
That is always a possibility, but we don't have any concrete plans as yet.
Do you plan on offering other sizes?
Probably not. Supporting another size will just over complicate the entire process.
What are the pin button sizes?
The buttons are 1" (25mm) round.
What if the buttons I want are out of stock?
That'll never happen! All our buttons are guaranteed to always be in stock.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All our transactions are handled securely through PayPal, which supports Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, eChecks which uses debit, or funds already existing in your PayPal account.
Why can't I order more than 100 buttons?
We'd rather you contact us first if you plan on ordering more than 100 buttons. That way we'll ensure the best method of shipment and work out an appropriate price. Keep in mind that we're not a large factory and that each button is hand made, so don't expect to get a great deal by buying in bulk.
Shipping
Can I come pick-up the buttons myself?
Sorry, but that isn't currently an option.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently have any plans of making express shipping an option. However, you may contact us directly if that's an option you're really interested in.
How are the buttons shipped?
Packages are shipped as standard mail.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within two business days of reciept. If paying with a PayPal eCheck then the items will be shipped only after the funds have cleared, which could take up to 8 business days.
Where are the buttons shipped from?
All buttons are shipped from Lollypins HQ in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
That will depend on the destination country and the amount purchased. We recommend you consult your country's imports and duties website for specific information.
Returns
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you do not like any or all of the buttons for whatever reason within 14 days of receiving the buttons, then contact us with the order number and arrange to have them shipped back. However, we cannot cover the cost of shipping back to us.
What is your return policy?
Buttons can be returned for refund or exchange at any time within the first 14 days of receiving the package.
Selling
Are there any subjects that should be avoided?
At our discretion, offensive designs will not be approved.
Can I buy my own designs?
Of course. You'll pay the regular fee and will be reimbursed with your commission after.
Can I resubmit a declined design?
Yes. Through the My Account section find the design under the Declined submissions tab. The title links to the design edit option, which should be used to resubmit the PSD file.
Once a design is resubmitted, the status will be updated back to Pending to be reviewed. If the design is declined again, then you can repeat the process until the design is approved.
Can I set a different price for my designs?
We have no plans on making this an option, because it'll complicate the commission structure, but feel free to contact us if you disagree.
Can I submit my Threadless designs here?
That depends on the status of your designs you submitted to Threadless and the current version of their legal terms. Please review Threadless' legal terms to avoid any conflicts.
Unlike Lollypins, Threadless assumes copyright to the submitted designs and may limit its use.
Do I need a PayPal account to get paid?
Currently, we only support payments through PayPal.
Does using PayPal cost money?
That depends on the type of PayPal account you have. Personal accounts do not pay any service fees. Please see the official PayPal Fees page for more details.
How can I update my information?
You can update your information through the My Account section under the Profile
How much does it cost?
Nada! It's absolutely free to sell your designs on Lollypins.com.
What are the design requirements?
You can use any vector or raster software you prefer, but eventually you'll need to import your design into the Adobe Photoshop template you downloaded above.
The bleed area is the part of the button that extends around the edge, so to be visiually appealing, the face background should extend into it.
- Do not add, remove, reorder, rename, or flatten layers.
- Do not change the image dimensions or resolution. We use 300 pixles per inch.
- Do not change the colour profile. By default we use CMYK U.S. Web Coated.
- Do not extend the button face design into the bleed area.
- Do not extend past the bleed area.
- Do place your design in the layer labeled artwork.
- Do rasterize all text.
- Do extend the design background colour into the bleed area.
- Do save the file with Alpha Channels and Layers enabled.
- Do be creative, original and have fun!
What if I don't have Photoshop?
If you don't have Adobe Photoshop then contact us and we'll try our best to get your artwork on a button for you!
When do I get paid?
Payments are made every 1st of the month for buttons sold the month before previous. That is, on December 1 you'll get paid for all buttons sold in October.
There is no minimum payout.
Who owns the design copyright?
All the designs are copyright their respective owner. (ie. You do!)
Why should I join Lollypins?
There are some really great reasons outlined on the sign-up page. Check 'em out!
Why was my design submission declined?
When designs are reviewed and declined, a reason will be supplied. The reason can be viewed through the My Account section under the Declined submissions tab. The title links to the design edit option, which will display the declined reasons.

About
Are these available in stores?
No. You'll only find these buttons right here on Lollypins.com!
What is Lollypins?
Lollypins sells original artful buttons from a plethora of skilled artists and makes it easy for each artist to showcase their talents to a world-wide audience hassle free.
What is the appropriate age for these pins?
Although Lollypins' buttons might resemble shiny candies they are not to be ingested or taken internally! Also, the pin on the back is pretty damn sharp and can make a nice wound if let loose. We encourage parents and guardians to be responsible.
Who is behind Lollypins?
Lollypins is the brainchild of Joel from Toronto, Canada!
Joel has more than ten years of experience creating dynamic, user-centered, web-enabled applications. The idea for his latest creation was conceived after a severe case of button fever a few years back, which, fortunately for us, hasn't recovered from.
